Hello from Holland (Michigan that is). P$$ & I are spending sometime in the midwest for weddings, family events, etc. I’ve been keeping busy and she has been changing too quickly.
I’ve made NY Style bagels, a few fruit salads, made a ‘power salad’ off of Pinterest (YUM), tried new pork chop recipes (so far haven’t found one as good as Martha Stewart’s pork loin wrapped in cherries & bacon but… ya know), assisted on a 200+ personal cheesecake project for a wedding reception, pontooned on Lake Michigan, went bowling, watched my baby learn how to crawl, been to the beach & Jog/walked/ran (“Interval training sounds much better” - says Aaron) 3 days a week for over a month and somehow managed to gain weight. Argh.
OH, and lets not forget, I made Milk Bars famous ‘compost cookies’. Amazing, Wonderful, deliciousness.
I’ve also taken a ton of pictures, countless pictures.
I started a project to make a stump side table a la West Elm. If I ever get over my hump of procrastination, I’ll finish sanding it and post pics.

Strawberries 2 pints
Blueberries 2 pints
4 granny smith apples
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 cup glazed pecans
1/2 cup OJ
Mix & EAT until you are full to the brim.
